The STAR Net Metahuman Information Database is designed to be a record and analysis of all known metahumans. This database is prepared by the Department of Extranormal Operations in conjunction with the Federal Government in an effort to regulate, control, and if necessary destroy metahumans who may eventually pose a threat to national security.
